Digit is Mora’s ‘Resident Spirit’ for Las Lindas.
Biography[]
Resident spirits are priceless additions to their owner’s life because they are very versatile, personal servants that harmonize with their owner to better understand their needs. The scope of their utility is so broad that they can bring the house they serve virtually to life through automation.
Digit’s link to Mora allows her to understand the business of Las Lindas and how to serve it best. Digit monitors many of the ‘automatic’ tasks on the farm like irrigation, electrical power, and even house security. But the reality is that Digit is only fulfilling a small bit of her potential.
Resident spirits learn about life through the link to their master and grow in tandem with them. But Mora hasn’t been willing to fully embrace Digit as she was seemingly forced into Mora’s life by Ambar, leaving her suspicious of Digit’s true purpose.
Digit’s resulting inexperience, compounded with the side effect of her childish naïveté, seem to get her into trouble at every turn.
The one clear thing about Digit is that she intends to serve her owner the best she can and become all she can be, knowing full well what wonders she will be able to accomplish if Mora will let Digit into her heart.
Appearance[]
Like other Resident Spirits, Digit is a ghostly white girl with green eyes that are similar to Mora's.
Her hair is similar to Mora's mother's as her bangs part from her left, the side bangs that cover her pointy ears, and her back hair which is a short version of Diana's long hair.
Originally, Digit's outfit was a sleeveless dress that fitted her small and slightly chubby form (although this may be because of Chalo's art style at the time) which covered her shoulders and went down to her knees.
A purple jewel was on her chest, a viser with electric blue lens was used as her headband, and her wings were made of three pieces of NZ technology each.
Not long after "waking", Digit also leveled up to recieve her interphase terminals (the golden bracelets). She also had shoes/socks that went up to her knees in her first outfit.
During the shopping spree on Sarah's birthday, Digit also bought herself some upgrades even after lecturing Mora about how Resident Spirits don't have wants for fashionable things.
The new upgrades was a sleeved dress that came with their own terminals and new wings. After the mischief caused by Din and Jin, Digit's outfit changed again.
